One of Baybayin Hub + CoWorking Space by the Beach is located at Baroro Bacnotan La Union, Philippines that is considered to be the Surfing Capital of the Northern Philippines and is known for its consistent intermediate quality surf and with two surfing seasons which from July to October and November to March.
