HOW TO MAKE YOUR BOOKING RESERVATION REQUESTS:
1. Send your Booking reservations requests via email to “[email protected]” with the following details:
- Full Name:
- Email Address:
- Mobile Number:
- No. of Guests:
- Start Date:
- End Date:
2. Wait for an email response to confirm the room availability and approval of your booking reservations requests.
BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
– Booking reservations shall be requested 2 weeks in advance your target dates.
– Booking reservations are on a “FIRST TO RESERVE” basis.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
– Non-cancellable, non-refundable.
– Free re-booking without fees or hidden charges.
– We require a 15-day notice for any booking changes; otherwise there will be a cancellation fee depending on the cost incurred by the Baybayin Hub due to last minute cancellation.
– We require a 24-hour notice for any booking changes
– otherwise booking will be marked as no-show and payment will be forfeited.
FORCE MAJEURE – In case of fortuitous events or any conditions beyond our control; Baybayin Hub shall not be held liable for failure to deliver such services.
